The Appeal Jury of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially ruled on the dispute surrounding the final of the Africa Cup of Nations “Morocco 2025”, declaring the Senegal national team to have forfeited the match. The result has been validated as a 3-0 victory in favor of Morocco.
This decision follows an appeal filed by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), based on Articles 82 and 84 of the AFCON regulations. The Appeal Jury concluded that the conduct of the Senegalese team falls within the scope of violations that justify a forfeit.

The previous decision of the CAF Disciplinary Committee is annulled.
Senegal violated Article 82 of the competition regulations.

Ismaël Saibari: suspended for two CAF matches (one suspended sentence), with the cancellation of the $100,000 fine.
The FRMF was held responsible for certain match-related incidents:
Fine reduced to $50,000 for the ball boys incident.
$100,000 fine related to VAR interference upheld.
Fine reduced to $10,000 for the laser incident.
All other appeals and requests were rejected by the CAF Appeal Jury.
