In the second half, Rodrigo De Paul extended the lead in the 71st minute after a beautifully constructed team play.
In stoppage time, Tadeo Almeyda sealed the win with a third goal in the 90+6 minute.
Vancouver managed to pull one back through Ali Ahmed in the 60th minute, but it was not enough to halt Miami’s dominance throughout the match.
