FC Barcelona earned a well-deserved 3-1 victory over Elche on Saturday evening at the Lluís Companys Stadium, as part of Matchday 11 of the Spanish La Liga.
The goals for Barcelona were scored by Lamine Yamal in the 9th minute, Ferran Torres in the 12th, and Marcus Rashford added the third in the 61st minute. Raúl Mir netted Elche’s only goal in the 42nd minute.
With this win, the Catalan side continues to chase the league leader in the La Liga title race, while Elche remains struggling near the bottom of the standings.
